  • Successfully led the deployment of Vulnerability Management and Endpoint Security solutions across data centre and cloud environments, resulting in CIS compliant hardened Windows and Linux images, as well as full deployment of an EDR solution, significantly improving the bank’s security profile.
  • Improved CMDB data quality across Infrastructure & Operations from 62% to 97%, maintaining quality levels above 95% with a strong governance and human change process.
  • Led the transition of Capital Markets and Wealth Management compliance from one vendor solution to another, resulting in software savings of $2MM annually.
  • Led the integration and deployment of the Atlassian suite with minimal budget and project resources onto an Azure platform.  Drove the change management process leading to these tools becoming the primary agile project management / service management and project collaboration tools for the Bank’s technology teams.

  • Led the successful deployment of service improvement plans, including corresponding KPIs & reports, involving broad-based technology improvements for the Capital Markets & Personal banking businesses.
  • Led PoC and subsequent Azure deployment of the Atlassian suite, culminating in its placement as the core IT management tool, as well as one of the first applications successfully deployed in a cloud environment. 
  • Developed and implemented BCP / DRP for NBFG’s Capital Markets Technology group.

AVP., Strategic Analysis • TD Bank                                                                                        March 2006 – Nov. 2009

Management Consulting role with project accountability to EVP level executives.  Led the conception, analysis and recommended approach to key business problems.  Selected to train TD Digital Product Managers.

  • Led an initiative to quantify the business benefits of a digital brokerage program and create the benefits-based strategy.  Gained $20MM in funding to enable the program to move forward.
  • Led the analysis of the FX spread grids across wealth management businesses.  Gained executive approval for the project and led its execution. The project resulted in incremental NIAT of ~$5MM per year.
  • Analyzed asset flows in and out of TD Wealth businesses.  Selected to present the topic (keynote) at TD Wealth’s annual wealth conference. Findings led to launch of initiatives to defend the outflow of assets.
